The practice sees patients by appointment at the Sparta office. Weekly hours are Tuesday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM; the office is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
